i wanted to loose 12 pounds i was wondering if anyone had good waight loss plans???

1. Play Tennis
2. Swimming
3. Exercise
4. Yoga
5. Joggig
6. Walking
7. Discipline in continuing any one of the above.

After I had my daughter I walked five miles a day six days a week from July to November (before cutting down to three miles per day) and I lost sixty pounds easily. So my advice for you is to sit down and examine the things you like and dislike and as far as exercise goes just do something you enjoy 5 or 6 times a week that gets your heart beating at an aerobic level with a five minute warm up before and a five minute cool down afterwards, and remember to stretch after your chosen exercise and do not bounce while stretching...you need to ease into your position, take a few deep breaths while easing deeper into your stretch...if it hurts while doing this you've went to far ease up some. Your whole workout should not take longer than 60 to 70 minutes tops including five minutes to warm-up, do your workload (45-55 minutes), cool-down and do a full body stretch. A dettox diet........ still eat enough, probably more water than you normally drink but the right ammount. It just cuts out on food additives, no salt and minimal fat, olive oil or dry frying foods, . I do agree with one of the other answers, discipline, but a total clearing of the system and drinking more, or ENOUGH water will clear your system for a start. I have done one and lost 10lbs in 7 days felt great. That weight never went back on.

If you are healthy and have no problems other than 12 pound of excess weight, use the treadmill with weights in your hands ie.run your arms and legs at the same time. Very tiring, but it's the fastest way; combine it with a 1500 calorie best way.

Every body is different, what works for me may not work for you. Best bet is exercise and diet. Avoid crash diets and diet pills etc because they are harmful and when you stop, you will gain back what you lost. Its summer, take long walks, eat plenty of fruit and veggies.
If health permits try jump rope. You loose fast and keep it up to maintain it. Listen to your body, not your tongue. You can do it!!

diet or should i say a health plan don't call it a diet call it a menu learn what foods to eat and how to eat them eat your carbs at breakfast learn to snack healthy cut out caff and eat sensible lunch and a light dinner replace sodas with water or flavored water since they have no caff or calories start walking in the am and some at lunch if premitted then do some light exercise before bed . start off slow dont stress yourself ..

eat foods that have alot of protein like chicken! don't eat junk foods and try to have small meals. you need to eat 4-5 small meals during the day! It keeps your body from being hungry and demanding too much food!
When you are hungry your body is starving and if it is starving it keeps the fat in you body in stead of digesting it because it doesn't know when you are going to feed it again! By eating small meals you are keeping your body satisfied... and keeping the pounds off...
And the MOST important thing is ...EXERCISE!!!!
