Eyeshadow/liner colors?

I have brown hair, brown eyes, and kinda tan skin. I want to know what colors of eyeshadows I should use. I want to go fun, and colorful, but not outrageous. I am going shopping today, so tell me what you think! Be specific.... like what exact color and stuff. I am 14, so.... i like shiny, funky! =)

what brand of pants should i wear?

well im only 13 and im about 5'4 and i weight at least 120 lbs am i fat? well anyways my midsection isnt really that big but i dont know what brand of pants that i should wear that will look ok. But i also dont like to buy anything over $30 or anything from stores like American Eagle or Abacromie and Finch or Aeropostle (sorry i cant spell it right) But i usally buy pants that are a size 5...so what do i do?

Why can't i find my size?

I need new clothes asap! I have 2 problems. It's very hard for me to find a good shirt because I have very big breast and they strech out all of my clothes. And I can never find my pant size because my weigth goes up and down. I can't fit anything because it's all too big.
