Maybe you will have to buy your tops at a plus-sized place and your bottoms at the other stores. Nothing wrong with making sure your clothes fit properly. Ashley Stuart has some really great clothes for the fuller parts. If you buy a dress make sure it's a quality one that can be altered to fit your lower body.
For the bottom whatever is your biggest size buy it and get some cool belts and things to wear you're having you're skinny moments. LoL
Good Luck.

www.chadwicks.com and also chadwicks catalog outlet.
I am a average height for a woman (almost 5' 6"), wear a size 8 or 10 in their (Chadwick') skirts/pants bottoms and for shirts I am a size Large due heavy bust.
My older sister is size 20/22 and she wears chadwicks shirt size X-Large and it's still a bit loose and big.
Chadwicks also does Lerner catalog and handles victoria's secret catalog but If you have ever walked into a Express, Lerner/NY & Co. or The Limited or Old Navy, whatever you size you wear there, is probably about the same!

For tops by them a size to big. I ahve really big boobs and that's what I have to do... I still look hott though.
For pants if they are to big by a smaller size. If they are to small get a larger size.
For te rapid weight diff stop doing what you are doing to cause that.
Try to find elastic waist pants ... on skirts.

dont wear a bra, and wear a really thin shirt that doesnt have too much matieral. so that way your breast will feel great, and free. and and maybe you should run, to lose the weight in your legs. maybe run a few miles every morning before work, and mayeb a few more miles after work..and if you have time, send me a picture of your breast

Maybe you should get your clothes custom made by a proffessional designer (Not a famous one unless you are crazy).
