I have one on my cheek and on my nose and I need to get rid of em pronto!

use rubbing alchohol and put it on your pimples and it will make it a ton smaller or put nail polish remover on it or baking soda mixed with water.... there are a ton of things you can do... also dip a cotton swab in eye drops that get rid of redness and then put it in the freezer for about 8 minutes and then put it directly on your pimple for 5 minutes and it will reduce the redness and size

Get a por cleaner and this cream it is called oxygen and do not touch the pimlpe with your fingers, it will go away that night by the morning.

How about safe and without any complication?
Fast and easy, I would use sandpaper. Hot needle also works.
