Wearing a white wedding dress only became fashionable in the Victorian era, why is it still the standard?

I dont wanna wear white. I can't follow the "standard" anyway. I'm wayyyyyyyy beyond that. haha

Because it looks so elegant and classy.

Im not married yet, but I plan to wear a white dress.
