Yes, take your drawing to a reputable tattoo artist and discuss the particulars. They may need to do a little work to tweak your design if you're not a particularly talented artist, but you can work with them on that. Much better than just picking a random piece of flash from the walls.

yes, depending on how detailed it is they will either give you a flat rate or charge you buy the sitting/hour. Go to a shop and be prepared to have to make an appointment (most charge a deposit for one) and come back to get it done.

Yes. I created my own design for mine! And I love it! The fact that I created it always fascinates people. Its a better story to tell.

yup just draw it up or have some one draw it and they will make a stencile out of it
