I have brown hair, brown eyes, and kinda tan skin. I want to know what colors of eyeshadows I should use. I want to go fun, and colorful, but not outrageous. I am going shopping today, so tell me what you think! Be specific.... like what exact color and stuff. I am 14, so.... i like shiny, funky! =)

14? being that you're young (LOL i already sound old don't i?) (don't worry I'm not THAT far ahead of ya ;) ) and you're looking for something shiny, funky and vibrant i say you should go with L'OREAL's new High Intensity Pigments eyeshadow. (HIP) it's not too expensive and it'll definitely give you the look you're looking for. It comes with two equally bold colors, so it's like getting two for the price of one! Being that you're light tan with brown eyes and brown hair (I've the same look) i think green would look really pretty on you. like a medium metallic kinda green with a hint of orange in the inner corners of your eyes. Or Bold rich Blue Eyeliner only on your top lid with a little bit of a Burgundy or deep red shadow towards the outer lid, with a touch of Silver, white, or a really light gold in the inner corner of your eye. Always use blues and all of the light colors. The best color eyeshadow is the opposing color of the actual eye color. Take for instance, I have green eyes, so purples, blacks and greys make my eyes stand out. Always opposing color.

Tan eyeshadow , pinks are nice for brown eyes as well. go to walmart get rimmel eyeshadow pack you get 4 colors for under $5 get the kind for brown eyes. I hope this helps.:)

Go with a light brown,darker brown(not to dark), a pinkish lavender color and a light pink for eye shadow.And stick with black eyeliner and mascara.You can get the three piece set on my web site for $9.99.And right now I am giving a 10% discount.

use bronze shadow something lighter than your skin tone. To get real funky go green, purple, even orange use any color that will bring attention to your eyes.make sure they show but only hint at it dont plaster it on.too much is disaster but too little is very understated.

Nothing red or pink. Disgusting.
Try to avoid baby blue, opt for greens and creme shadows. Bronze is nice.

eyeliner- dark brown or if you ant to try something fun use adark purple ot a gold
use shimmer but NOT glitter

if you have a dollar tree near you.go their they have so many real brand names for only a dollar. you can get many and try them on to see what you like best. i always get compliments on my eyeshadow and the amazing thing is they are all a dollar so kool. i love glitter to. they sale it. try putting it on over your eyeshadow

i am the same myself. i can pull off any color and it nevers looks gawdy so you can chose basically any color that you like!!
