I think the avatars can be interesting and represent a basic image of yourself as you are, or as you want to be, or maybe be totally different from what you are.
However, you should keep in mind that the Answers team has determined that some basic kinds of questions can be considered in violation of the community guidelines found here, http://answers.yahoo.com/info/community_guidelines.php

It's a common mistake, but I would really hate for anyone who is new to get a violation notice for something like asking about their avatar. I do NOT report people for this kind of stuff, because it happens a lot as people are starting to learn the site. Reports should be saved for more serious stuff, in my opinion. But there are people who seem to like to report everything.
Just something to keep in mind. Welcome to the site and enjoy it!

Based on the avatar you have selected, I can tell you the following:
- You have a very strong personality
- You strive towards finishing the projects that you start ASAP because you hate leaving unfinished things in the middle
- You keep your emotions to yourself.
- You are very straight with what you have to say without fear
- It can be sometimes hard for you to take criticsm even if its just constructive criticsm.
- You can be a very good enginner, mathmatician, scientist, etc but you can never make a great sales person.
