what are ways to calm down a pimple? make smaller&decrease the redness, prevent from forming the white part?

Is hand-piercing a bad idea?

Does anyone have any tips for customising your school uniform?

My new high school uniform is a white blouse, school tie and black trousers or skirts. I've seen a few nice skirts and trousers, but I was wondering if anyone could give me help with customising my blouse, coz it's a bit boring!
