Can a girl look slutty in a good way, seems kind of like an oxymoron. If a tatoo makes a girl look slutty then it is always in a bad way.

They can make a girl look dope, but not if they're obnoxious tatooes, or over-gratuitous. Tatts on the small of the back, lame $h!t like butterflies and tribal designs-- get that $h!t outta here.
Tatts should be a reflection and/or extension of one's style-- not one's style entirely. Placement is as important as the tattoo itself, and heads need to find some tattoo artists with enough integrity to give it to you straight-- like if you're $h!t is gonna be whack, they should tell you straight up, not just take money and let you walk out looking like a fool.

I think a tattoo between the dimples on girls back(near the butt) is cute not slutty,I was thinking of getting one.Maybe I won't because I would have to sneak and get it anyway since im only 16.Oh well.I'm not a slut im still a virgin.

In a good way...because tattoos make a girl look hotta and sexyer. But of course in a better way. It's sumthin` that just makes u more special and atractive

I agree with the first answer, it depends on what it is of and where it is placed. I think tattoos are cool if they are an expression of who you are and what you are about. If they were just picked off the art wall, not so cool.

I guess it depends on where the tattoo is and what it is. I personally have no tattoos and plan on never getting any!

Yep, "tramp stamp" sums it up for my area, which is Mississippi.
Doesn't matter what it is... but if you can SEE it (yes even the cutesy little butterflies at the base of the back) people label the girls as tramps.

I think if it is small and in tasteful places it would be in a good way but something huge just looks terrible.
