How often should you use apricot scrub??

Well, I had a Estee Lauder chick tell me know more than 2 to 3 times a week. I used the medicated one ever day. She said I have really nice skin and go with what works.

apricot scrubs can be very abrasive. If you have dry skin no more than 3 days per week. Bu sure to follow with a toner and to follow up with an oil free moutirizing cream.

I have sensitive skin and was told no more than once a week. I use the Swiss Botanicals for sensitive skin and have no problems at all.

However often you need. It depends on your skin type. Once a day is pretty standard, you don't want to over exfoliate your skin making it too oily or too dry.

I used to use it once a day everyday. I tells you on the back of the bottle how many times of the day to use it.

You can use it daily - doesn't harm your face or anything. Just be cautious of using it when your skin is super sensitive (sunburns, irritated skin, etc).
