Try to go to one of those mystic tanning places. It sprays the tan evenly over your body and lasts for a couple weeks.Or try to use some of those lotions or creams they have out for tans.

Why do you WANT to become darker? The reason those girls look darker is because they are killing their skin cells. I am EXACTLY like you..I dont tan i just burn and I get made fun of all the time...but I would much rather live my life to the fullest instead of dying from some skin cancer or something like that..The best answer to this question is just to be YOU! People should like you for YOU..not for the color of your skin or whether or not you fit in....that should NEVER matter!

self tanners &/or spray on tanners....

please don't get sunburned & please use a high SPF....you do not want to risk skin cancer later because of damaging your skin now.

Don't be embarrassed because you are fiar...why would you want to look caramel or dark like everyone else?

You are an individual, strut your own stuff, be unique!!!

I've always been very fair...I jokingly have referred to myself as "Snow-white", "white as a Lilly" or "Caspar", but I always get compliments on my great complection & the fact that I have no facial wrinkles. I've always protected my skin from the damaging effects of too much sun...however a little protected sunning (working in the garden, outdoor activities as I do enjoy fishing, boating & snowskiing)) can give ones skin a fresh glow...just be careful!!!

I say get the spray-on tan. I have the same problem with sunburns and stuff and probably the natural way will not work out.

ask a doctor. talk to your dermatologist. I recommend Lancome self-tanning lotion. not cheap, but works. don't overdo your time in the sun. have a fun, tanned summer! (=

also, use suntan lotion, sunglasses, and if you're at the beach an umbrella's not a bad idea. it gives you color without overdoing it. and you know what, im dark. naturally. I like my skin. but fair is cool too. beehapee who you are. but I admit to enjoying a good tan myself (=

I use the at home tan in a can...and it has worked wonders on my very pale skin. I have strawberry blonde hair and I BURN. severely. try coppertone or even banana boat. key is to use it everyday...otherwise it will streak. good luck!

Sunless tanning products are great! No sunburn, no pain and no peeling! What more could you ask for?
