I know lots of people don't like to hear this, but the first thing you need to do to get your hair back into check is to cut it. Cut off the very damaged portions. After that..use deep conditioning treatments. Don't bleach it anymore. That's tough on your hair. Maybe if you like it blonde, you should look into highlights instead. Its still a bleach, but you aren't continually bleach the same hairs over and over. Give your stressed tresses a break.

Go ta a salon and get a deep conditioning treatment. Then try using a moisturizing shampoo, like BedHead Moisture Maniac, in conjunction with a damaged hair conditioner, like Garnier Nutrisse or Jason Herbal. Try something with lots of fruit extracts and natural oils. They will actually repair your hair from the inside out. If your hair starts to feel greasy from all the conditioning, use a clarifying shampoo once a week. Go with suave, its super cheap.

Mayonnaise. Start at the roots and vigorously massage through to the ends. Leave on for about a half hour or longer depending on the damage. Rinse thoroughly, then use an extremely mild shampoo (Johnson's Baby or similar), so not to have "greasy" hair.
Cholesterol conditioning treatment (not as cheap as mayo)........
