You have to be 18 years old in most states or have parental consent. Piercings can loOK ok on your belly button but if you ever plan on having kids you shouldn't do it because it will stretch out when you do!

depends on where you live but usually 16 with parent 18 alone. The belly button you need to have a nice shape to you and be able to see your belly button you have a fold over or anything whats the point. Make sure you keep it clean doesnt take much at all to get it infected.

most of the time it dosent matter as long as you have parent or guardian with you and get you paperwork noterized and you have to have the social security card present and the parent or guardian must have liscense present
