Can you get your hair to be HOT PINK w/ out bleaching first?

There are some products for DARK HAIR ONLY that claim you don't need to bleach your hair before coloring it. But will HOT PINK really come out OVER the Dark hair? I'm purchased "L'Oreal HiColor HiLights for Dark Hair Only in MAGENTA" w/ Developer #30, as advised by the woman in the beauty shoppe. Will it really work?

Which color works best with grey jeans?

is there a non 800 number of proactive solution??
