Okay I'm quoting this from a beauty tips mag:
To reduce puffiness of your eyes, grate a potato, tie in a cloth and place the cloth over your eyes for about 15 minutes.
To get rid of dark circles, massage a few drops of coconut oil around the eyes.
Hope this works!

Try tea bags. Put them in water for a couple of minutes, then leave them in the fridge until you're ready to use them. Lie down with the bags on your eyelids for 10 to 20 minutes. This will help the puffiness go down.

you could try cucumber slices to help reduce the puffiness. Or you could buy one of those eye things that are full of gel, you put it in the fridge and then lay it across your eyes, it helps to lessen the puffy area. Sounds hereditary to me and there is not much you can do about your gene pool.

there are two great natural cures that i know of. one is to just put cucumber slices over ur eyes and leave them there for 5 minutes and the other is to put black tea bags on ur eyes for 5 minutes. black tea has tannin in it which minimizes puffiness. cheaper teas usually have the most tannin in them, so don't buy the expensive ones.

There are a bunch of different creams you can buy that at least claim to help them. You can also put very cold cucumbers on them and let them sit for a few minutes.
