maybe u are under alot of stress. take some time out for yourself. exercise helps alot too. if you keep feeling that way you might want to talk to a counselor or doctor

It depends on the reason why. Maybe you've got an ilness. Go see a doctor? Otherwise just cheer up. Do something nice for yourself. Go to a spa, whatch a movie, buy that dress that you always wanted but think is to expensive. Don't worry to much. I was in a bad state once and thought it wold last for ever. In a few weeks everything changed and I am happy again.

giggling and crying are the two an emotional launch. I cry over no longer something. Then there are days i in my opinion want to visual show unit a humorous action picture and basically snort. I want to do this with acquaintances yet on my own works nicely additionally. existence is demanding now and that i'm no longer getting any help from my husband. He basically throws each thing my way and then expects me to be sympathetic to him. i be responsive to what you advise approximately drained.

find someone close to you that you trust and can talk to. its hard to answer this without knowing your age, many hormonal factors can play into how you're feeling. Keep your chin up Roc.
