I take pretty good 'art' photos and 'erotic' photos. I get some offers to sell them. Is there a way to make a living doing this or do you also have to work commercially, like for industry, etc.

Im talking about those beautiful, artsy, ... private parts not always neccisarily exposed kind of photos. If the person or people in them is or are 16 do you think it is perfectly fine?

The films I have been working with so far seem to be in pretty good condition, but some of the reels seem a little dirty (moldy or mildewy maybe?) and I'm ondering if there's an easy way that I might put a cleaning solution of some sort on a cloth and maybe run the film across a damp cloth? Or maybe run the film through a solution? I obviously have no idea where to start, but I would like to do it myself if it's at all practical. Thanks for any insight.

Im in Japan right now learning Japanese, and I wanted to be an interpreter. But I find that I like taking pictures and I would like to persue that. However, my goal in life is to travel the world and live in Spain and Italy at some point in my life. I also bellydance, and I am considering persuing that as well. Im only 16, but my time to choose a major in college is running out. I know that I want to deal with the arts though. I love dancing and photos and I love meeting people from all over.
Also, I want to know, what kinds of photography are there? Fields of study and such, what can I do?What are my options?

You know how with film photography, how there was a darkroom technique called "sandwiching", where you combine two negatives to create one image,

well,,, can you still do this with digital photography and/or photoshop? does it look good? is it easy to do?

thanks for any answers!!!

This is the process invented the the Lumiere brothers of France. I'd like to know if anyone has recreated the original glass plate form of Autochrome as an integral emulsion/color layer sandwiched between two sheets of glass to make, once developed, a full color photographic transparency. Also interested if the subsequent version, manufactured on film, has been recreated since both processes invented 1907.

I'm looking for a photographer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and all the portfolios I'm seeing have the same cheesy greeting card fodder in them. You know, the bride looking out a window, putting on her makeup, soft fuzzy filters, sepia tones, walking hand in hand through a grove of trees...BLACCHHH! I'm looking for something modern, very artisitic, real, minimal. Anyone have any recommendations? And if not, how about any photogs websites that have this style??
