I am trying to take a photo of the Mexican flag reflected on a rain drop, maybe on several raindrops. I have a macro lens, but not having any luck..........PLEASE HELP! It is for an exhibit and want to impress. I am a photojournalist, but want to show something more artsy and it has to be something involving Mexico and its culture.

How do you dispose turps used for oil painting? Can you reuse them after a while or do you just have to chuck them?

I've been using it at school for a while, but I don't actually know what they do with used turps, just that there is usually some clean stuff the next day! Now that I've got some for home I need to know!

I'm trying to find a picture to draw and it needs to be so I can put magazine pictures that I will cut out so I can make it look surreal. I need a picture before Tuesday. Cars, houses, inside of houses, etc. would be great! (I found a few, I just need to show them to my teacher and see if he approves)

I want a marker that will fade completely in about 1-2 days. I don't know if it exists, or what its called: disappearing ink, impermanent marker, non-lightfast marker, light sensitive marker. Thanks for the help.

I bought a Kodak digital camera and I have since realized that I really enjoy taking photographs and looking at them. My camera is not the best nor the worse, a 6.1 megapixel with some advance settings. I have been to places (mostly at night) with beautiful scenes or landscapes but unfortunately, haven't been able to capture them in my pictures. Of course I only use the regular settings of the camera because I know little of what "aperture, shutter speed" and such terms mean, when applied to different sets of pictures. Can anybody help me understand how to take quality pictures with my digital camera? For darker settings, such as indoor and outdoor night situations, or people in movement specially!! I would really apreciate it!!

I brought my old Samsung SLR camera in my bag. If you guys know Military duffle bags, it's not something you want to unpack. It's a pain.

Anyways, In the camera, I have a role of 400CN Kodak Black and White film with 9 out of 24 exposure shots taken. Will the whole roll of film get ruined or just the ones I took the shots with?

So I've decided on the Nikon D80 and now I'm considering lenes. I really like the extra zoom and Macro ability I would get from the Tamron (or Sigma) 18-200mm lenes over the 18-135mm Nikon kit lens. Other than a quiter AF, are there any other advantages to the 18-135mm? Does it work better because it was made specifically for Nikons? How much louder are non silent wave lenes? Are there differences in AF speed?

If there are other lenes I should be considering, I'd love to know about them. And, no, although it would be nice, I can't afford the Nikon 18-200mm VR!!

Thanks.

Is there ANY way to 'fix' photos(red eye, contrast, light, dark) on Flick'r besides just rotating the pictures? Also, is there a way to make ALL my albums public without going picture by picture? I have WAY too many photos for that. Please help.
