I love it and if i could work for National Geograpic and travel the world for images I would do it..I have a very good career in sales but I get lost in photography and get asked to photograph people, dogs, weddings, etc.. I don't charge a cent..because I love it. It is truly my passion..but yet I am so amature and so inconsistant...do I need school to make my dream job a reality or can I jwing it on sheer talent, that I and others see and go with people that say to "just get your work out there?"
I wouldn't choose the weddings or dogs..I am more into details of nature...I like abstract detail and letting others see the beauty of nature from a different perspective.

I am a photographer who just graduated from college. I have a degree in Photojournalism but, I'd like to get myself started in Wedding Photography... I was wondering what people would think is way to expensive to pay for a wedding photographer or what is a really good price to pay for??

I know I'll set my own prices and such, but I was just wondering what people really think, since the customers opinion is the most important...

My wedding photographer is offering a pretty penny to create a memory book for me but I feel I've spent so much in photography as it is. Is there someplace where I can get one made for a reasonable price?

P.S.
I love the story book wedding books and zookbinders, but I know they're expensive. Any amount of help would be appreciated.

I cry I laugh , mostly iam in shock a parent should not have to bury a child. I struggle with turning bitter or angry the most and ive seen what happens when you lose that battle as some parents have.and i dont want that for me or my surviving children, so as i tremble and cry i cling to my faith in GOD even though i am hurting so deeply and im not the only one greiving so i must support those who are hurting with me so i remember that this is not the end of lifes journey but a new begfining and that somehow someway even though i cant see it with my human eyes FATHER will bring some good , if you struggle please remember its better on the other side in HIM, arvel

I know that a person's "shooting" situation determines the camera and lens combo needed. The problem is that I really can't afford a lot of equipment right now but do want to good quality photos.

The situation I am most concerned with is taking photographs during wilderness camping trips. These will be backpacking trips of several days at a time. Light levels will vary from low ligt in heavy dense woodlands to bright sunshine without a speck of shade to be found.

Looking on ebay and reading literally hundreds of reviews have left me pretty confused to say the least.

Do you have a favorite point and shoot or DSLR that is under $600??
