the artists way is a book which helps people find their lost creativity. It is a programme to follow over a 12 week period. You can do it on your own following the rules in the book or you can join a group and do it together for support.

I want to go to college for Photography and Sculpture/Ceramics. The only way that I can take these is if I go for a B.F.A or M.F.A, and all the fine arts courses involve painting and drawing, well here is my problem, I am horrible at drawing and painting!! Is that bad? What should I do if this is what my college choice is?

so i want to paint my room - but the problem is - i dont really have a theme to it. i have a lot of wood furniture and my bed spread is a bunch of different colors. my room currently is white with TONS of posters, and for my birthday i really REALLY want to paint it, but my parents keep saying no because of those posters...how can i convince them to let me - and also, what color would look good under the circumstances?

I've tried using search engines and Craig's list to no avail. Her middle school doesn't offer photography. Anyone know of a beginning course anywhere near Studio City?

If you look at a picture for a certain amount of time. Then stop looking at it and try to draw from memory and you keep practicing on that will you become a better artist or even more better at remembering things

I've seen it before when I was a photographer apprentice.
My trainer photographer had this lightstand that had automatic legs.
The legs would set themselves up when the lightstand was set to the ground and fold back in when the lightstand was lifted off the ground. I need to now where to get it.

be very clear so the object will be visible. It should be hard and not easily damaged. Ideally it should not be easily flammable. I would like for it to be able to survive direct flame for a short period, a few seconds. It could be discolored and misshapen by the experience as long as it continues to exist. There should be some chemical solvent that will melt it even though it is not vulnerable to heat. Any suggestions?

I need something short and sweet for some table tents advertising Calamari Strips. I'm hoping for something better than the usual "catch a wave" crap.

I think theyre disgusting so I'm having some trouble coming up with something nice to say about them.

Any ideas would help!
