More specifically, how do I interest museums, ad agencies, video producers, and others in my kinetic art to the point where I can do this full time?

Well, to start with, it would help if the videos showing your stuff were better quality, not dark, dull and blurry.
Most kinetic art which has gotten museum and collectors attention (and money) is not one time events on video, but is structures which move in response to people, light, sound, temperature, etc. Thus something that can be displayed and will do it over and over for the owner and visitors.
