looking to down load a program to work with my photo's to make effects ect...

This particular logo appears to be some sort of image of a person...looks kind of like a stick figure, from the waist up. It appears to have a globe for a head and the torso looks like an M.

I believe it is some time of international or cultural organization. I can e-mail a crude rendition of it if anyone would like to see it.

I'm in the 9th grade and I am very terrible at drawing. I can't follow in Art class (1) and usually (always) have the worst drawing in the class and constant remarks by the teacher tell me how much I suck. Is something wrong?

i bought a plan white cookie jar, and now i'm ready to paint it, but, i don't ahve a clem to dry it in,and i know it takes a long time for the paint to set in,okay, now what do i do from here,what other steps do i or can i take to bake the color in?
