I'm a designer and I'm creating a tri-fold brochure, and I can't remember the measurement. I probably could find out without a problem, but why not ask yahoo.

Tri Fold Dimensions

It depends on the size of the stock you're using. You can start with any size stock and create a trifold broochure. I buy & sell vintage brochures so know that there is no standard size. It also depends on what you mean by tri-fold. Do you mean 3 sections or 3 folds? 3 folds gives you 8 equal sections. The dimensions of the sections depend on how you fold the stock but the area of each section is always the same. 3 sections is technically a bi-fold as there are only 2 folds in the stock. It still depends on the size of the stock you use.

Tri Fold Measurements

If I remember correctly, the measurements are 8 1/2" by 3 2/3" (take a standard 8 1/2" by 11" sheet and fold it into thirds width-wise -- or in "Landscape" view)

If you are creating an 8.5 x 11 trifold and folding it landscape the dimensions are as such:
inside panel 3.625
middle and back 3.6875
