I have been given an opportunity to earn commission by acting as the agent for an established South American Painter. I have been sent 8 paintings, each measuring 1.5 x 1.3m approx, all very beautiful and stylistically distinct. I have no idea how to go about selling them. Do I need to frame them/put them on a backing frame first? Can I ask local galleries to display them? In the artists homeland they retail for between 1000 and 3000 pounds sterling (in native currency) and if I had the funds to collect artwork then I would certainly buy one. Please advise if there are any fees for displaying in galleries - any other ideas for marketing would be great

I have no idea what to make of "The Yellow Cow" by Franz Marc. I only have knowledge of what the colors in this painting stand for (yellow being feminine and blue being masculine, as to what the Expressionist movement explains) but even then, I don't know if there are any other details I have to go into. I also have no idea what style could this be considered as. As many of you know, some paintings simply don't have an explanation, but I'm curious as whether this one merely follows the patterns of German Expressionism by showing color to symbolize or it means something more... If anyone help me with this subject, I would greatly appreciate it.
This is the link to the picture, just in case any of you are curious

I have seen this feature before but I am not sure what photo program does it. It is not a black and white reverse image of a photo graph. It is a black and white detailed outline of a photograph, not similiar to a color book page, but exactly like a coloring book page.

Does any one work with a photo editing program that can produce coloring book outlines from photographs? If so, what is the name of the program?

Thanks!
