Hi folks,

I'm looking for a paint that has the following qualities:

- Is paintable onto a wall (either spray on or roll-on is fine)
- Changes color according to the color of the light that shines on it
- Is long-lasting

An example application would be projecting an image with a computer projector onto a wall. You would then paint the wall with this magic paint, and the paint would dry once its picked up, or 'burned in' the image being projected onto it.

If anyone knows of such a paint, I would be very grateful. Or any other ideas about how to achieve the above type of project would also be welcome!!

Regards,
Warren

...but I never have seen just plain empty paint tubes anywhere, not even in art supply catalogs. I have sometimes made some good mixes I would like a little more of for next time or just to have on hand, but I have never seen any. Does anyone know where I can get some? Preferably metal ones. Also, does anyone have any other good ideas for paint storage besides tubes? Thanks! SD

For a long time, I've been a huge japanese animation/manga (japanese comics) fan, and recently I've decided that I want to better my drawing skills by learning to utilize these styles. I'd like to take a class on this, but I'm not sure that's entirely possible within the US, at least to my knowledge. Anyway, I just want some input on techniques, materials, and good guides to follow. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I read in a search that the painting may have significant value. My copy is in excellent condition. Below is the response to another users question about his copy..

Charles Coleman
Moonlight over Capri, 1901

*Every painter/artist/poet/writer has what they consider a pen name. "Casati" is the pen name for Charles Coleman. This painting is really rare. Even a copy of it is worth $150,000; at its poorest condition.
