If you go to the links below, just type "bull tattoo" in the search box. I'm not sure if you want it to be original or not since you seem like you're saying two different things, but if you want it to be original, just use the search results as a guideline to help put a combination of them together to make it what you want. If you want to be unoriginal, just pick the one you like most and use that one.

The symbol for Taurus is a circle with a curve on the top to look like bull horns. Or maybe get the constellation Taurus, and get it stylized with a faint outline of the bull around the stars. Or even research it and get all the elements of Taurus and combine them all into one tat.

you DON'T want it to be original? ok... google the symbol for taurus (it's a circle with curving hons - a stylised bull's head), and there you have it. alternately, a whole bull will do.
