Sometimes i dont understand how people think. Why are there people who hate other religions...we all believe in the same person..GOD

I dont care if you call him Buddha, Allah, or some other supernatural being....He's the same person that Christians call God.

We all believe and pray for someone higher than us...someone with supremem powers...the creator of life.

I am Greek Orthodox and I am sick of the fact that we sepereate ourselves from other Christians because we do things differently or have different beliefs on things. Apparently we are the "right" belief but I dont believe that either. Know one knows the "right" religion...if you ask me, there is no "right" religion and I don't think any God would be expecting a religion that is perfect.

Long ago, someone gave me a piece of bamboo, that came from their plant. At the time, he told me that bamboo was meant to be shared, because it was in the sharing that _____ was supposed to happen. For the life of me, I don't remember what that _____ was. It seemed to be something about friendship, not just good luck. Does anybody have any info? Any links ? Anything would be most appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help!

I just mean, what are some things that make you question the world. This is a very general question, I'm talking religion, your health, your looks, other people, urban myths and legends, popular sayings etc. For example, I asked my mom this question and she said:
1. When people are staring at you, what are they thinking?
2. Is there really karma?
3. Is there a heaven and hell?
4. Does every dog really have his day?
I'm writing a book, so I really need answers. How can I address points like this in my novel, thanx

Even the demise of ordinary people has an impact on us. For instance, those who commit suicide become a statistic. In addition, that death will cause great mental distress in the family. Friends of that person will also be impacted. Other consequences may include the changes in other people's lives that the person came into contact. Similarly, the death of philantropists who gave small to enormous sums of money to charties create a deep impact on their families, admirers, and the charties themselves. Several less obvious consequences may arise with their deaths. As one can see, the death of someone can lead to infinite consequences spreading in all directions, which is a primary reason for life being so complicated. Who agrees with this viewpoint? If not, why?

Truth is what as it is.Love is also as it is.Love links and gives pleasure.Truth also gives pleasure in the long run.It has many pains and difficulties to express and to implement.Love is also difficult to attain and difficult to implement.There is hide and seek in love.Everything fare in love and war.Everything not fare in truth.Many times it has painful end.One has to sacrifice life on th altar of truth and love both.
you maynot get a person whom you love and you also may not get the truth you search.Decide which is great?love or truth?
