why do people run after money their whole life.?

we do all the wrong things to accumulate more money, but we can't take it with us when we die......

Because we can't live without it. People who do not have sufficient quantity of it, have to spend their entire lifes trying to earn it. People who do, want more of it. People are simply never contented.

But who can blame us? Afterall, money can buy you everything i.e. happiness, health, etc. but it can buy you everything else.

We can't bring money with us into the netherworld. But we can pass it on to our children, etc. The thing is, some people may go overboard trying to accumulate it but the thing is money is what brings bread and butter to the table.

And as for the rich, it is a never-ending rat race to the top of the social ladder. God knows why they do that, but hell, most people just need money to survive.

Very few people realise this.Therefore they keep on accumulating the money irrespective of the way in which it is obtained.After some time they realise their folly, only when they are materially comfortable but internally completely uncomfortable. It is only a question of time one reaches this state of affairs.Some reach this state early while others reach late. Very few do not realise this till the end. That is why it is very important for the parents to live a model life for their children so as to inculcate good habits for happy living.. If only all the people in this world realise this then most of the problems will disappear. Let us hope that people in large numbers will realise the above sooner than later.

For sure I do agree No one has carried their money with them -death is that blow which comes suddenly, its the thief in the night who enters in silently and slowly -So there's no time to think about what the accumulated financial strength can be of when the body itself has lost all its breathing power and is on its last journey of life- to join the DEAD

People, generally speaking, beleive money or wealth is a measure of their success or acheivement. It may not accompany us after death, but while we are still alive it is the next best thing to having the Almighty at your beck and call.
