The recipe to seek good co-operation is as given below :
1. You praise all the good attributes of his personality like you have good sense of humour, you are knowledgeable, you are very warm, as you see in him/her, because every person on this earth is hungry of hearing ones praise overtly or covertly.
2. You appreciate his achievements ;
3. You don't discuss on the issues which he dislikes and discuss which he likes;
4. Try to ascertain his areas of interest and even some particulars words and phrases he may like to listen from you;
5. And if one is in UP and meeting the CM and luckily if he is Yadav, he should invariably express his caste title etc...

Normally the people are co-operative. But at present there is very busy life. So sometimes people don't co-operate due to his own problem. Friends indeed always cooperate and make the life of his friend calm. The life partner is that kind of friend who co-operate always.

It depends on how they feel within the core of their minds and it is seriously affected by the mood (state of mind ).The mood varies from time to time and thus some of the time you're leading a calm life and being cooperative and some of the time you feel miserable and cast-down. It all depends on a phenomenon called mood swings .

Difficult to understand what you mean. But if you mean to say that when you cooperate with all you have a calm life, then I would say it depends on the individual you personality, ethics and temperament.
