As cognitive neuroscience and psychology answer more and more of the questions as to how our minds work, and it becomes increasingly clear that there is no "Why?" where do philosophers see their role?

This is NOT intended to be a provocative question - I'm not suggesting that philosophers have no role - I'm wondering what they themselves see their most important role/roles as being?

a few weeks ago I saved a bird from almost certain detah, it was in the jaws of my cat, and not the first, i took the bird to the rspca who said there wasn't much hope but i believe it survived,,,,,, last night i had a dream of a bird it was a large sparrow which landed on me I think it took some fibers from my jumper for a nest i think then flew off and landed in a bush .,,,,,,,, weird i know
