Truth is what is.

Truth is an epistemic denotation. It's revealed through coherence.
We need not talk about reality------ all that truth is, IS that it is the case based on other suppositions. It cannot be true that it is both raining and there are no clouds in the sky. This has nothing to do with reality-- what we Mean by "rain" is perfectly textual... analytically rain is condescension of water vapor above the earth that falls to the ground From clouds.

If p then q
If it's raining then there are clouds.

Truth is simply the denotation opposite of Falsity.
It is indicated by the success of a logical framework and the propositions that make up the system.

If it is false that it is raining, it is also false to assume there are no clouds. However, if it is raining it is immanently true that there are clouds.

Truth is the nature of existence that is concurrent with objectivity.

You can't define the words without using one another in some sense; it's essentially the same as trying to use logic to prove logic is right. You have to make some basic assumptions somewhere.

"What actually is" is Truth. We can't really describe "what actually is" more than saying "What actually is." We make some basic assertions as to the nature of existence. We can say "Well, truth isn't "real" but if we do this we just begin to negate our logical processes, and that's "unreasonable" It doesn't mean it's "wrong" persay, just that it's not really productive to talk like that.

truth is waht ultimately correwsponds to what your reality and nature seems fitting to you.
reality is that which we construct via all the sense perceptions and that within us which we make original through recycling these perceptions.
Actual is the case at hand in its immediate perceptive state.
Certainty is the static holding of the constant change in existence so as we may understand and grasp that which is.
If something is true it must correspond to the nature of reality, it must correspond to fact.
Pick up an intro to philosophy book in a store, it'll help.
Interesting question even though i just answered it coz our Avatars are cool.
Fact is the labelling of a concept upon that static hold.

Truth is who you are.

but it's covered up with too much dust(which is the mind and the beliefs which are handed down to us that obscure our clear seeing).

Truth won't be found in clever philosophical arguments or big words. It won't be found in the mind or in language at all. (The mind is a great instrument and language can point to the truth but it can't deliver the truth).

Truth is something beyond the mind but is closer to you than your own breath. It is consciousness meeting itself. It's seeing that you are the sky and not the passing clouds(phenomena/thoughts).

This is the ultimate truth and to find it just go inside and leave the mind alone.

Truth is that which cannot be disputed. Which I suppose means that there is surprisingly little truth out there, since even this statement is inherently untrue.
