dude, if you get the clap and it's bad enough that its spread all the way down your leg, you dont have time to be asking questions in yahoo. you need to be airlifted to some type of quarantine or something.

it does not produce sound which is audible to human's but "clapping with one leg" is not exactly termed as clapping!
