You will most likely have a serious relationship with some type of bird, possibly a chicken, within the next 6 months!

Dreams are mainly very personal to the dreamer. For example I may have been knocked over by a red car and your favourite possesion may be a red car. If we dreamed of a red car then the
meaning would be vastly different for both of us.

The incident you describe with the bird has been picked up on by your unconscious mind because it is relevant to you in some way. What feelings did you get after rescuing the bird? What jumper were you wearing? An old favourite, a present? What colour was the jumper. Where did the bird land on you? Were you passive or active in the dream? What was the emotional content of the dream, what did you dream before and after this dream - dreams often come in threes and look at the same subject in different ways. You need to really get to know your dreams in order to interpret them accurately. All of the above could be relevant.

Dreams usually present an unconscious dilemma and contain the resolution to that dilemma within the dream imagery. The dilemma may be to do with relationships, practical problems, emotional problems - things that you are only perhaps dimly aware of consciously but which if resolved would move your life forward.

I studied Dream interpretation over 15 years ago and I wrote all of the dreams and all details that I could remember.

A couple of things to know is that everyone in your dream represents you or an aspect of you. When I first learn ed this I resisted it because they acted just the way they would. Actually they acted just the way I expect them to act. My mind put them in my dream. Also the subconscious tries to tell you what is going on. Often when we are awake we won't listen or pay attention to our subconscious, (I guess that's why they call it subconscious). Our minds will play out over and over again, Often using different stories to give the same thing.

The strange stories are the actors that your brain uses.

So were you rescued from danger and possibly death? Are you trying to or have you saved yourself from a dangerous situation?

Have you saved away something for your future home and family life. Part of yourself that is saved away.

This is a good dream. You are saving something for the future. It could be saving sex for marriage or money or your heart. You are saving for your children and future. You are nesting.
If you are married, could you be pregnant? Wanting to become pregnant?

Because your mind created your dream, no-one can tell you exactly what your dream means because it may mean something to you for your life. Your dream can be interpreted but you have to determine if it applies. Sometimes the interpretation sounds wrong at first but when you dream additional dreams which validate the prior ones. You could keep dream the same message in different stories until your conscious mind gets it.

God Bless You, ;-)

Dreams can mean alot of things, most times they are a reflection of yourself and things that have happened, you just have to look deep into it to grasp that meaning. I would recommend doing a google search fro the phrase "dream meanings" or "dream interpretations", you should come up with a few site that you could type a keyword into such as "bird" in this case, and it will tell you the significance of the animal in the dream.

This represents your repressed ego. You want to be more but are restricted from attaining them for some obscured reason. Saving the bird was an attempt at self validation. The larger version of the bird was your consciousness answering you. It is time you listen to your inner voice, take wings and fly.

There are many kinds of dream. Ususally they explore some current concern. Is a friend or relative of yours, someone you have a lot of affection for, setting up house? The dream suggests you have loving concern for the bird, and the bird seems to trust you. It is a good dream.

Interesting. Your calling is to save birds. Why not start a bird saving campaign?
