Some have, at least they were drawn that way. If you get away from mainstream animation you'll find many examples.

One of the most famous is 'Fritz The Cat.'

Because they can be drawn with perfect bodies, and chisled features, like the girls that used be hand painted on the glass of pinball machines, they were always so HOT !
