It's not morally OK to treat anyone inhumanely. Such a question should not be necessary.

Why do you think the poor are the only ones who are treated inhumanly?
Let me give you an example.
Would it be inhumane to knowingly give someone something to eat that will cause them to literally lose their mind or slowly lose their life? Would it be inhumane if those in a position to stop it, didn't do so but took large sums of money to look the other way?
Lookup what corporation is the largest purchaser of beef in the world. When you control that large of a purchase, don't you think the people who raise the beef are going to listen to you when you tell them what kind of beef you want to buy?
Look up prions which cause mad cow disease. Learn how they come into the human food chain. Read about mechanically processed beef and in particular a machine called an extractor. Learn also about how steroids given to cattle to fatten them up faster are passed right along to humans where they do the same thing to them. Learn about how antibiotics are almost useless in combatting disease because they are given so much to animals in the human food chain that germs have grown resistant to them. Learn about how beef from the United States is banned in most countries because we don't test enough for mad cow disease and the beef is so pumped full of drugs and chemicals - but we eat it every day.
Learn about subliminal advertising and how manufacturers know that the younger they can hook you on their product, the more they guarantee a life long customer - until it kills you.
Is that humane?

Of course not. If you were a poor person down on luck think about how it would make you feel if someone treated you that way. ALL humans/people are seen equal in the eyes of God. We all eat with the same type mouth, and get rid of waste in the same like manner. What is it then that makes one person think they are so much better they can treat poor people inhumanely? Or any human being for that matter regardless of skin color or ethnicity.

No it is not OK. It may not be their fault that they are poor. Just because you have money and you work hard for what you have doesn't mean that you have to be creul to other people. If you can't be nice to them then you just shouldn't say anything to them. They aren't trash. They were brought into this world for a reason. Someone walking by on the street might see them and want to change their life. They may help someone. Everybody's life is valuable so you shouldn't treat them like they aren't even human. I'm sure you wouldn't want to be treated like that if something happened and you ended up like that.

It is morally acceptable to hate people "littering the landscape" because they are littering the landscape. Their very existence on the street reflects the social acceptance of the judgment that they get what they deserve. Even and especially those with low-income, it is a social virtue to berate them, because they are lazy and bring the civilization down to their poor level. Taxation on this portion of society is the best to teach them that it's not okay to be born lazy, illiterate, stupid and poor. They need to snap out of it.

no it is totally morally incorrect! God himself see all his creation equal and how come, a part of his creation treat someone inhumanely?
2nd they are also human, even if they are poorer than the rats, still they are people
that is so unfair, we are all given our rights, equal rights, that is why we have to respect the poor people humanely, that is our duty,

Poor people need compassion and decent treatment just as much as anyone else.
As a general rule: be nice.

No, but it is wrong to cater to them, they are responsible for the choices that they make, thus it is not up to the corruptament to force hard working over taxed citizens to pay in order to supply losers, bums, alcoholics, and drug addicts with their self destructive needs and wants.

Easier said than done.... hehehe...
