Many schools of drama refer to the process of acting. There seems to as many interpretations of the process as there are plays. Does anybody have a definitive answer.

I remember when I first started singing. I notice that my vocal was totally flat. No vibrato at all! It frustrated me because whatever effort I tried, I couldn't make any nice and pleasant vibrato at all. I almost cried after desperately trying for the first few months... until I didn't care anymore about vibrato in voice. I just kept singing and singing while developing my vocal power and technique.

And suddenly, while singing in the caffee, I found out that my voice already had the vibrato!! Very sweet and smooth... it made me cry in the end of song.... How come? Why did when I try to create vibrato in my voice, I couldn't even create one... while after singing for years, vibrato naturally came out within my voice?

A miracle? Perhaps... who knows! BTW, I started singing about 2 years ago and I'm currently 21 right now.

so my choir teacher says that we have to find one of our most favorite classical music and write about elements which are:
melody
harmony
rhythm
and form..
i don't really know how to find them, and i'm not too sure what each elemen mean.

Do you think that there is a market for self injury art. Sometimes when I cut myself, I fling the blood onto a canvas. I have one that I have been working on for 3 weeks. It is almost done. You may think this is a joke, but I am serious. It is how I get my pain out and make something beautiful from it.

Do you hate any piece/work by a personal beloved Classical Composer? I love Mozart's Operas and Piano Concertos...but these Horn Concertos are so stiff and banal....
I also love Beethoven, but I find his chamber works to be very dry and academic...

I'm trying to learn how to play the piano. I guess the first step is to figure out how to read sheet music. I was wondering if there was any software that will let me learn notes from the computer keyboard. Then I was hoping to get some books to learn how to actually play the piano, music theory, and also reading sheet music. Thanks.

At least one has to be classical...I have a French piece that I may use for this one, but I am always up for more recommendations! I need a non-classical piece as well.

For example some people say that if you take the first street you ever lived on and then the name of your first pet. So mine would be "Broadway Snowflake"... you can use this or make up your own. What would it be.

Okay, here we go...

For those of you that dont think colorguard is a sport, ill prove you wrong...

(First off colorguard is flagteam...spinning flags, rifles, and sabres while the band marches.)

A sport is an activity involving physical exertion and skill that is governed by a set of rules or customs and often undertaken competitively.

Colorguard is an extremely active sport. We have 4 to 10 minute shows. Which means we are running for at least 9 of those minutes. We have to be strong in order to toss 5s on rifles, doubles on flag and 6's on sabre.

Colorguard competes!!!! We go to shows and compete other colorguards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. We go to finals where we compete the finalists for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place again.

We are judged by a panel of judges. they score us depending on if we performed well, how many drops there were, the dificulty of our work, if we all did what we were suppposed to on time, and cant pass the penalty line or we r disqualified
