The Roman people, the government, the city, the....everything!
Personally, I really really really like them. In the beginning they had great morals and an astounding way of conquering and calming the world with their brilliant government system and totally cool army. But around the first century A.D. they started getting dirty, and not as cool. I still think they are awesome. So, what do you think? I really want to know! Thanks.

John Anglicus was a ninth century Englishman. He travelled to Athens where he gained a reputation for his knowledge of the sciences. Eventually he came to lecture at the Trivium in Rome where his fame grew even larger. He became a Cardinal, and when Pope Leo IV died in 853 A.D., he was unanimously elected pope.

As Pope John VIII he ruled for two years, until 855 A.D. However, while riding one day from St. Peter's to the Lateran, he had to stop by the side of the road and, to the astonishment of everyone, gave birth to a child. It turned out that Pope John VIII was really a woman. In other words, Pope John was really Pope Joan.

Legend says that she was tied to the back of a horse and dragged, while being stonned, till she died. Another Story says that Joan was sent to a convent to repent her sins and that her child grew up to become a biship. I just want to straiten out whether or not it happend

Do you know what George DeWitt's argument/reasons were for evacuating the Japanese Americans from the Pacific Coast after the bombing of Pearl Harbor?
ALSO, do you agree with his arguments/reasons??
Here is a statement that he made in regards to the situation..

"The Japanese race is an enemy race and while many second and third generation Japanese born on United States soil, possessed of United States citizenship, have become 'Americanized,' the racial strains are undiluted. To conclude otherwise is to expect that children born of white parents on Japanese soil sever all racial affinity and become loyal Japanese subjects ready to fight and, if necessary, to die for Japan in a war against the nation of their parents."

Thanks in advance! 8)

Also, which side do you portray?
Thank you in advance.
