Hm... that is quite up to the people in the future to decide when they look back at a list of presidents and think of George W. Bush.

extra beneficial than a blockade. Violating the Geneva Conventions and setting up secret CIA torture camps in different county's like Poland! He additionally unilaterally, against the UN shape, attacked a sovereign united states! that's against worldwide regulation! in addition to, he had no reason to attack them! Bush truly can no longer declare Hussein attacked us first as he wasn't a terrorist and had no longer something to do with 9/11!

First of all
no one here is right because none of us know ALL the repercussions of his actions. This will take many years to figure out. Some things he has done have been bad but others have been good and could turn out to help the country.
Good things take time, bad things happen in a snap

George W. will go down in history as probably one of the worst Presidents in history, not because of himself personally, but for having a Cabinet more interested in themselves than for the well-being of this country. Reminds me of Warren G. Harding. He was a very popular President, but after his death, it was revealed how corrupt his Cabinet was. This gave Harding an unfair bad image as history is starting give his Presidency a closer look. George W. is just too stupid to be President.
Clinton will go down in history as a President that was too worried about his image and his place in history. I think he cared, but he lied way too much (which is true of a lot of politicians), but he got caught and then tried to cover it up for his image. He was mediocre at best, while being President during one the best economic times this country has ever had.
George H.W. will go down in history as another mediocre President, who got elected on the coat tales of Ronald Reagan. He was good at conducting a war (allowing his generals fight the war) against Saddam Hussein, but what else did he do? Really nothing. Reminds me of the late 1800's during the time of the do-nothing Presidents.

Let's just say that Nixon will start to look better next to him
Clinton will be remembered as a fat cool pervert and George Bush as a Reagan extension that DID win a war

George H. W. will be fine.
Clinton will be one of the best, especially because of the national surplus. The impeachment will be ignored because it was all political.
George W. Bush will go down as one of the worst in history.

Someone said; a controversial failure, i would delete the controversial part of that answer, because in even 10 years Historians will look at this presidency and declare it a total failure across the board.
