W.E.B Dubois spoke of the talented tenth of every race and generation that would raise up and be leaders... He said that the answer to the "***** problem" was jobs and education to breed men and so the talented tenth could lead... He spoke of people like Frederich Douglass, and Langston Houghes and since there have been great leaders for change... Now all we seem to see is 50 cent and Kobe Bryant... do you think that our generation is missing the current generation of african americans is neglecting to raise up its leaders that can spark change in urban communities?
