While Windsor Castle is the largest that is still inhabited. I think the crusader castle of Karak de Chevalier in Jordan is the largest. It was the fortress of the Knights Hospitalier...

Prague Castle in the Czech Republic... but it doesn't look much like a castle, more like a palace. The biggest official castle in the world is Malbork Castle in Poland.
