he is mentioned in a reggae song - "The Rivers of Babylon". The text comes from a psalm, I think. The line is "How can we sing King Alfa's song in a strange land?" I am trying to discover who King Alfa was, or what the name refers to.

if the birth of Jesus was 25th December, surely that should be the 1st of January because the christian calendar started at the birth of Jesus so why isn't it the 1st of Jan and why 25th Dec? surely teher must be a reason of this 6 day gap. any suggestions/ideas?

Ipswich has a population of approx 100000 people why has the BBC focused on religion on the TV showing about 30 people in a church praying, and interviewing vicar's etc.

The Church has done more in history to hurt working girls than ANY other group.

When the situation dies down and we look towards legalising brothels WHICH IS THE ONLY SOLUTION to protect these poor unfortunate women, let's see where our wonderful religious people stand then.

The Church of England have suppressed the people for centuries.

And the BBC will soon have an anti red light district item making news, interviewing religious freaks.

it is my understanding that the Templar Knights weren't founded until after the First Crusade (1099 A.D.) and that Masons are of an ancient order who go back to ancient Greece or Egpyt.

The Ancient Roman Empire fell due to the following benefactors:
1. Corrupted Government.
2. Scattered Soldiers over the Empire.
3. Blindsited by Enemies: Complete Chaos
4. Overcome by selfishness and greed, the romans helped to destroy themselves.

Well, if all of this is happening in America, then is it possible that the downfall of a country is possible. Basically, the US is scattered in other countries. So is it any different?
