I want to forget him but i cant! any possible solutions for that?

My experience is that it is impossible to forget someone who has captured your heart.
The pain associated with unrequited love is intense but it gradually eases. You will never forget the experience or the person but in time you will be able to remember both without regret.
The good in this is that YOU have loved. I would feel sorry for anyone who could live without doing that. Amazingly, despite the possibility of great pain I have never had anyone with this experience tell me that they wouldn't do it again. Having experienced it twice (and I don't know if it gets gradually worse but the second time was way more painful) I still hope to love again and, of course, to be loved in return.
So remember, recover, and hope for the chance to risk it all again.

Unfortunately, I don't think you will ever forget him completely. As time goes on, you will think about him less and less, but you will always remember him. When you find yourself thinking about him, try to occupy yourself with something else, read a book or go to the mall or for a walk. Don't just sit and dwell on him.
