My brother and I are mostly Caucasian (1/4 Polish) but a large part of our ancestry is a mystery. We both were born with "Mongolian Spots" which are a dominant genetic feature of babies and children of Native-American or Asian descent. How likely is it that we are of some kind of Asian or Native-American bloodlines?

In Ethiopia, we no middle names and no real "last names." The family uses the father's first name... For example, if the father's name is David, the children's last name become David... so if you have 3 kids named John, Mark, Ruth.. Their names would become John David, Mark David and Ruth David. And women never change their last names when they get married... their keep their own last name which is their father's firat name... So everyone's last name is their father's first name. Is this unique to Ethiopia? Are there any other cultures that have similar tradition?

I found out about a couple of myths. I am trying to prove them.

One is that my great grandpa was kidnapped when he was a baby.

The other is about my grandpas first wife. Some say she ran off while he was a war, others say she died during child birth.
