i don't care about the pain but i need a method that i can do on my own. i love dance, but i need to get out of it for a while as we have a performance coming up and i suck at performing (nerves). plus i think i'm fatter than most other dancers and i'm embarrassed of performing with my skinny friends... if you've ever broken or sprained something i need your help.
i've been trying hitting my ankle with rocks, hammers, etc. and jumping from high heights on one leg, but i have stong bones and ligaments. i've tried dropping 30lb weights (heaviest that i own) on my bare foot over and but that hurts incredibly but just doesn't break anything! the ankle/foot gets swollen but gets back to size quickly and doesn't even look bruised. i need the swelling to stay for a while and prefer to have some bruising too. don't try to talk me out of this, please, i just need to break or sprain an ankle. please help... thanks, celine.
