Why does it feel like the universe is controled by my mind yet it is outside of me and has its own laws?

I think and therefore i am. What i think of the universe seems to come back at me. If i think negative, my world becomes negative, when i think positive, the world becomes possitive. Why is that, and how can top my peak of possitive thoughts?

Could this statement be true........?

the only way to create peace in this world, would be to create a evil greater then anything we've faced. Someone/thing who wouldn't only kill the body, but break the spirit, then kill the body. Someone/thing who's pure evil rivils any other humans, to which the only way to defeat them is to pull together, and act accordingly to wipe out our evil.
