Would you consider this to be good preaching? It is audio only and about 30 years old.

He has a sermon called "Is there a doctor in the house" (I think) that I have heard much about and have not been able to find. Would like to hear it though.

Recently, my puppy lost an interest in eating. Few days ago we started to give him dry food. He ate it fine for a couple of days. He actually liked it i thought. Now he doesnt eat neither moist nor dry food. Once in a while he comes and takes a small bite, but not alot. His behavior didnt change. He still runs around as usually. Also, it seems like from time to time he has diarhea. Should i be worried?

I have been coming here for almost a year and the nicest thing someone called me was the "Socrates of R&S" (I have to admit that I blushed a bit) and the worst thing I have been called was an "Idiot." I hope the truth lies somewhere in the middle.

How about you?

for hours? I wanted to know what people think about Astrology and Christianity. Are they compatible belief systems? I ask five people, and get five different answers.

This isn't meant to be sarcastic. It's just something that I was curious about and I don't know if it's been asked before.

I know that some of you are familiar with the bible. If you noticed things taking place that rang true of scriptural prophesies of the last days, would it make you rethink your beliefs?

Mars is supposed to be closer tonight than it will be for the next 9 years. I'm using a meade telescope that my dad picked up for about $800 a few years back. I found Mars, but I'm not impressed. What I see in the telescope is basically what I'm seeing with my naked eye. From what I'm reading, my telescope should be able to present a larger "image" of the object in question. I've tried different eye pieces and tried focusing to each eyepiece, but I always get the same result. What am I doing wrong? Shouldn't Mars appear even slightly bigger? Thanks for the help-- Mike.

My mother, over the years, has taken many things from me. You might say that she is an Indian giver. She even gave my bedroom suit away to my cousin once that she gave me as a hand me down I might add. Over a year or 2 ago I bought her everything you need to learn Spanish. 8 CDs were included. She had only listened to the first one and there is not a scratch on it. All 3 books look brand new. I offered to give it all to a woman I've known for a long time, who loves Spanish, because her husband speaks it well as a second language. When I told her my plans she hid everything. And will not compromise. Am I in the wrong here?

My cat has been taking Prednisolone longterm for a chronic condition. I'm currently giving 5 mg ONCE daily in the morning. I'm wondering if it would be better to give 2.5 mg TWICE (in the morning and in the evening).

I was just thinking that if it was given 12 hours apart instead of 24, that it would be more effective.
