Is it any wonder I've got too much time on my hands?

It's ticking away with my sanity.

Please give quotes from Quran. If you feel that the Quran doesn't say this, then feel free to post elsewhere. Not here because I don't care.

The two leading Republican candidates are Rudy Gulliani and Mitt Romney. Most evangelicals (pentecostals, Baptists, Adventists, etc.) are pro-life, but Rudy Gulliani is pro-choice. Most evangelicals consider Mormonism to be a "cult" and not "real" Christianity, but Mitt Romney is a Mormon.

Here's my question: Assuming you are part of the Republican majority who support one or the other of these candidates, do you plan to vote for Gulliani, which is a vote for abortion, or Romney, which is a vote for a "non-Christian?"

In other words, which is more important to you: The right to life, or having a "Christian" President? Wouldn't a vote for either one compromise your morals and family values?

I'm not arguing anything, just asking for honest opinions. Thanks!

If you are a vegetarian for reasons of ethics, are you also pro-life? If not why? Aren't you being hypocritical?

I think if I could choose I would prefer to be somewhat high on painkillers and jump out of an airplane with no chute. I would prefer to be 96 at the time as well. How about you?

I did this in my 20's & no problem, but I'm in my late 30's now so a little wary & only want to meet other women (straight ones!) not men as too risky. When I was backpacking in my 20's quite frankly people in the hostels used to look at older people travelling alone (& there were very few of them) as though they were weirdo's & did not engage them in conversation. I have to say that all the ones I saw were weirdo's though (or maybe they started out normal & after months of no one talking to them they turned weird!). I'm just normal so will I be seen as ok or will people think at her age she should be travelling with a partner, why hasn't she got one, is she weird/mental/an alcoholic?
