What can I do about a co worker who's envious/jealous of me & caused me lots stress. I really like the company I work for, but gosh, this demon posessed-cow...LOL..has really got it in for me! She's a manipulating-2 face BEOTCH! I'm a hard worker. I do my job & want 2 succeed in it just like everyone else. Mad cow has been lying 2 my boss. Tells the boss I'm late everyday. That I'm hardly ever at work & that I don't do my job corerctly. All of those things are lies! Since I was promoted into her department. She was the cow who trained me. NO manuals! I knew right away! She tried 2 confuse me & set me up to fail. One day she would tell me how 2 do a certain task & the next day, she would tell me it isn't they she explained it. I began documenting everything. Her lies were exposed. Now she's accusing me of something else she has no proof of. Me & another coworker have spoken 2 our boss about her 2 mo.'s ago. She's done the same 2 the other coworker. She won't teach us anything more! Help

Ok. Lets say a Real Estate investor buys a 20 unit apartment building (20-Plex). And this landlord has paid off the WHOLE building. It is 100% occupied and he charges 600 per month in each unit. And wonderfully everyone pays on time every month ;) SO it grosses at 144K a year. ALL i want to know is what will be his NET after that, because i know there are expenses that hes gonna have to use that 144K. Can u tell me what these different expenses are and how much u estimate his net will be after all the expenses? Thank YOU! Sorry about the long paragraph lol im just curious because i want to learn about RE investing.

Is it just me or does everyone seem very uptight about people smoking it?

Now, i'm not saying trrow your life away to be a pothead but why cant people smoke the occasional zoot and not be judged?

First off, I am a diehard Cowboys fan, so i am not biased towards any of these teams. It really seemed as if the Broncos should not have been allowed to call a timeout that close to the snap (of the field goal). It was so close, that nobody heard the whistle, and the TV network put 3 pts on the board and almost ended the broadcast. Do you think this rule (or lack thereof) needs to be fixed?

No offense to you owners, but you can spend $3000 for a schnoodle, which IS a mutt, or you can go down to the local shelter, buy the exact same breed, AND it would be helping a poor dog. same breed, helpless, in need of a home, and cheaper.

My parents live in Australia and we live in the uk.
It breaks my heart every day to be apart from them, because i miss them so so much and they are not in the best of health.
We have looked into so many visas but not sure we can get one.
Family visas no good as i have grown up children that have left home.
Carers visa its doubtfull as my parents are not disabled.
Student visa, We definately cannot afford these as we also would have to pay the fees, living costs and childrens schooling.
we are so desperate to be near them, i have emailed an australian mp today but doubt it will do any good.
Any suggestions would bw gratefully received as i cannot bear being away from them any longer.
