What can I do about a co worker who's envious/jealous of me & caused me lots stress. I really like the company I work for, but gosh, this demon posessed-cow...LOL..has really got it in for me! She's a manipulating-2 face BEOTCH! I'm a hard worker. I do my job & want 2 succeed in it just like everyone else. Mad cow has been lying 2 my boss. Tells the boss I'm late everyday. That I'm hardly ever at work & that I don't do my job corerctly. All of those things are lies! Since I was promoted into her department. She was the cow who trained me. NO manuals! I knew right away! She tried 2 confuse me & set me up to fail. One day she would tell me how 2 do a certain task & the next day, she would tell me it isn't they she explained it. I began documenting everything. Her lies were exposed. Now she's accusing me of something else she has no proof of. Me & another coworker have spoken 2 our boss about her 2 mo.'s ago. She's done the same 2 the other coworker. She won't teach us anything more! Help

Check your employee manual, if there is anything that this person is doing that violates any of the company's regulations, document everything, every incident, every time, with as much detail as possible. If you follow through on this, you could report that person for harassment, but you have to take the time to document EVERYTHING! Good luck!

If it is a good company, you should be able to file a grievance against her. Once the grievance process is started, hopefully she has to leave you alone until things are settled, but you need documentation for as much as possible. I would also make sure she can't talk to you when no one else is near enough to hear. I would file the grievance with her boss, and that person's boss, but then I was never one to follow the chain of command. I always go to the boss's boss's boss. (that's not a typo, I go as far as I can, to the highest level possible).

If you are not comfortable with that, then I would see about a sideways transfer. See if they can move you to another area that you can do similar work with the same pay.

If all else fails, and you end up losing your job (I hope it never comes to that) file for unemployment and fight for it. Tell them everything, and see if they think you should get an attorney. Then talk to one no matter what DES tells you.

Good Luck. I have had my share of crappy bosses and supervisors. Knowing what not to do as a boss, made me a good boss when it came time for me to be a supervisor.

Sounds like you all need to sit down and have a talk. Your whole department, this cow person, and her boss should all sit down and have a pow wow or Come to Jesus meeting. Get it all out in the open.

Perhaps all of the people she has victimized should approach the boss together and ask for a meeting with her and the boss. Confront her and use specifics about how she has treated you.

Gee it sounds to me like you have it in for her. You are ploting to take legal action. You've gone to your boss and you've been talking to other coworkers. ANd how can you call someone names yet expect us to be sympathetic to your delma. Perhaps you should take a more honest look at yourself before you accuse someone else. AND you still expect her to teach you things? come on! What's the hold up? Just do your job do it well (focus on that) and leave it be.

Don't get sassy with us, you need to take this matter in your own hands, we can't go to your job and take care of it for you, so tell your boss what's happening and get your other co-workers to back you up, or quit!
